St. John’s Lutheran Church is pleased to host the Concordia Conservatory – Stamford, offering high quality music instruction for early childhood, youth, and adult students. The Conservatory is a satellite of Concordia College–New York located in Bronxville.

Concordia College is committed to bringing the arts to all people regardless of age, ability, ethnic origin or financial situation, and will serve as a music education resource for the Fairfield County community. Instructed by a highly accomplished faculty, offerings will include private music instruction in all instruments including voice, group and chamber music instruction, music theory, ear-training, composition and song writing, early childhood music classes, summer music camps, chamber music series, and an honors pre-college music program. In addition, the Conservatory will administer music outreach programs throughout the community. Kathleen Suss is serving as its Executive Director while continuing to oversee the Bronxville campus.
The site of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Stamford, Connecticut, is ideally suited to serve as the home of Concordia Conservatory – Stamford. The St. John’s Church property consists of the main sanctuary building connected to a large educational structure, which houses offices and classrooms, and the Inna-Ellen Chapel. This configuration lends itself to individual and group instruction as well as performance and gathering venues and plentiful parking areas.
